OUR PROCESS
It’s grilling time!! If you want to have a wide variety of the most tender, juicy, flavorful, and farm fresh beef, just give us a call at 970-522-3965. We’re ready to take your order for a quarter, half or whole beef. After your order is placed, we will send you cutting instructions that you will decide how your beef will get cut up: thickness of steaks, about how big you want roasts, how lean you want the ground beef, and anything that you don’t want as a steak or roast will be made into more ground beef! After the processor receives your cutting instructions and completes processing your beef, they will let you know when to pick it up and you will pay the processing fee when you pick up your beef. As for our part, when the processor calls and lets us know how much your 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef weighs, we'll figure your bill and contact you. You can either write us a check or use Pay Pal. Full payment is due before the day you pick up your beef.
Below is some information that will help you with your beef cutting choices:)

Once the beef goes to the meat locker, it will hang for two to three weeks, which is the dry-aging process to make your beef even more tender! We will call you once your beef goes in so you can then call in your cutting instructions.
Once your meat has aged, they follow your cutting instructions, wrap and freeze. At this time, the packer will call you to let you know you can pick up your meat.
